• Your name, contact number, pickup address and location.
• Booking details — the items you list, your chosen slot, and the outcome of the pickup.
• Basic usage data from our app and website, used to keep the service working and to prevent misuse.

• To process your booking and assign a verified vendor to it.
• To send you notifications and updates about your pickup. If you provide an email address, we email you only when a vendor is assigned (with the vendor's name) and when your trade is completed (with your bill and total amount). We do not send marketing emails.
• To provide customer support and resolve disputes.
• To improve the service and detect fraud or misuse.

• We share your name, contact number and pickup address with the vendor assigned to your booking — this is necessary for the pickup to happen. The vendor also receives your name and pickup location by email.
• We use a third-party email delivery service to send these emails; it processes your email address and message content only to deliver them.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not share it for advertising.
• We may disclose data where required by law.

• We keep your booking history for operational, accounting and legal purposes.
• You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or request deletion by emailing trade@trade2cart.in.
• Deletion requests are actioned within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain records by law.
