Register
Sign up on the vendor portal with your details and the areas you cover.
Get verified
Our team reviews and approves your profile before any orders are assigned.
Receive assigned orders
Confirmed pickups from your area appear in your Assigned Orders tab.
Complete and settle
Pay the customer at pickup, close the order with a bill, and settle platform commission from your dashboard.
Commission and settlement
Vendors pay a small commission to Trade2Cart for each completed order. That commission is what funds the platform: verification, order assignment, support and the technology itself.
You pay the customer directly at pickup and the scrap is yours. The platform commission for completed orders is tracked in your dashboard and settled from there, so your outstanding balance is always visible rather than something you have to reconcile by hand.
What we expect from vendors
- Arrive within the scheduled pickup window, or update the order if you cannot.
- Carry a working digital weighing scale and weigh in front of the customer.
- Pay the customer in full at pickup, in cash or by UPI.
- Apply the published rates for the area — no renegotiating at the door.
- Close every completed order with a bill in the portal.
Where we need vendors
We are actively onboarding in Arakkonam, Tiruttani, Sholinghur, Vellore, and we open new areas when there are verified vendors ready to serve them properly.

Vendor questions
Orders are assigned to you based on your location and availability, and appear in the 'Assigned Orders' tab of your vendor dashboard. You are only assigned pickups in the areas you cover.
You pay the customer directly at pickup and keep the scrap. Trade2Cart charges a small per-order platform commission, which you settle from your vendor dashboard.
